Also known as "Coach" by most people, Matt has been coaching children for over 30 years in many different sports. An athlete all his life, Matt found that through Spatial Dynamics one can use their body much more efficiently with better athletic results. The added benefit is therapeutic relief through understanding the body better. Spatial Dynamics is the study of the interplay between the human being and the space around us. Space itself is normally a neglected component. Spatial Dynamics is the study of human movement, human development and human health. Through this introduction you will learn how to use your body in that space as well as how to better use the space around you. Through therapeutic and meditative movement as well as manipulations of objects around, many are surprised at the quick change this can create in their emotional and physical well being.
Each week you will be introduced to a new movement, exercises to ponder, fun games to play and therapy for the body. You will learn to manipulate familiar and unfamiliar things around you as well as find new ways to help your body be more at ease with itself. You may be surprised at how seemingly difficult things can be mastered with very very little effort, when you learn to understand the movement in yourself and the space around you.

Wednesdays June 16-September 15 Yoga/Meditation - Nancy Sherman -
Join us on Wednesday mornings for Traditional Yoga sessions followed by an optional half hour meditation. Bring your own matt or use one of ours. Beginners welcome.

Fridays June 18-September 17 Stretch & Tone - Peggy Hamilton
Safe and effective stretching & toning for wellness. This class combines functional stretching and strengthening exercises, including yoga & pilates fundamentals. Beginners welcome!
