Nancy Sherman

Nancy has had the great pleasure of exploring many spiritual traditions with many wonderful teachers. She has attended numerous workshops on such topics as Yoga, bodywork, different spiritual traditions and meditation. Using yoga, integrative bodywork, and meditations to embrace life in an authentic way that is in alignment with the divine self and purpose. She believes that our bodies hold the wisdom if we slow down and tune into the natural rhythms of nature. Nancy helps you starting to move the body through yoga and learning to breathe deeply and slow the mind through meditation. All of these tools create an opening for the divine to pour through so we can discover who we really are and why we are here. Join her on this delicious journey of discovery...come dance with the divine!

Michael Elcoate

After spending many years as a business person in the field of insurance, the universe has led Michael to the very rewarding, healing path of massage therapy. Upon completion his training at Blue Heron Academy in Medical Massage, he worked with Tim Bondy Physical Therapy. Working within the realm of Physical Therapy has broadened his knowledge and skills of anatomy and the mechanics of the human body. Michael believes that there is nothing greater than helping people to relieve their body from troubling issues related to work, sports injury, or simply chronic issues that come about during every day life. It is his goal to educate people before and after a massage and assist them along their path to well-being. A one hour massage is optimal but amazing results can be achieved during a 15 to 20 minute chair or table session where key, core issues can be isolated and addressed. This, done on a regular basis can provide for a more permanent result.
